Refund Policy
Try Thumbtile free for 14 days before you buy. If you buy Pro and it isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you'll get your money back. No questions asked.
How to get a refund
- Email hello@fallscitylabs.com with the email address you bought with, or
- Reply to your Polar receipt.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar, our merchant of record, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Once refunded, the Pro license is turned off and the app returns to the free version.

Write to us anyway. If something is broken, we would rather fix it or make it right.
